Description
This course is targeted at students looking to develop their communication skills on everyday and social topics mainly in the spoken form. A good amount of audio and visual material will be implemented. Topics include healthy living, celebrations, important life events, one’s community, etc. Towards the end of the semester, students will look at and discuss issues on social justice, using basic knowledge and skills at their level. Grammar at the intermediate level will also be learned and practiced through the related contexts.
