Description
This course is the third part of a 4-semester sequence of courses. The primary goal of these 4 consecutive-semester seminars is for you to cultivate an interdisciplinary approach to relevant topics in neuroscience. Emphasis will be given to critical thinking, and when possible relationships between concepts and quantitative skills will be linked to the specific topic being examined. These seminars will also familiarize you with the basic assumptions, principles, and research methodologies of neuroscience research. All four semesters will also focus on detailed discussion in order to prepare you to undertake neuroscience-related research at a graduate level, and professional development activities will be integrated into the course content.
