Description

Traditionally, environmental ethics has been concerned with the moral basis of our relationship to the natural world, such as our obligations to non-human animals, plants, and entire ecosystems. However, more recently, the broader discipline of environmental philosophy has taken on a wider range of philosophical and ethical issues. This course is an introduction to and a survey of some of those issues.
