Special Topics: Refugees and Global Politics

Catalog Description

A survey of international law and organizations related to the care and protection of refugees and acritical look at what states do and fail to do in meeting their ethical and legal obligations to refugee populations. Case studies cover all world regions and investigate specialized topics, such as repatriation, resettlement, and the securitization of borders.
