Catalog Description
ECO 20000 covers the fundamental principles and analytical tools of microeconomics. The course develops models of consumer and firm behavior and uses them to study foundational topics such as taxation, labor and trade. The course builds tools for welfare analysis in perfectly competitive and imperfectly competitive markets.
